Love! curvylittlething: Jayson called me on his way home from work and told me to get dressed because we were going out tonight. He wouldn’t tell me where we were going. So when he came home he couldn’t mask his excitement. I kept asking and trying to trick him into telling me what he had planned, but to no avail. He stuck something in my bag and told me I couldn’t open it until we got to our destination. So we hopped on the bus and by the time we got there I was nervous. We got off the bus and walked a block, where he pulled a copy of Junot Díaz’s new book, This Is How You Lose Her, from my bag. He explained that he had stopped by the bookstore earlier to pick up the book for me and it just so happened that Junot Díaz would be there for a book signing later on. I got to meet my favorite author, and share this amazing experience with someone I love so fucking much.
